When will my order ship?

All orders are lovingly packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Handmade items may take a little longer, usually 3–5 working days, as each piece is made with extra care.

Thank you so much for your patience and for supporting my small yarn shop. I always do my best to get your yarn goodies to you as quickly as possible.

When will my order arrive?

Orders ship from the UK.

UK delivery: 1–5 working days (including processing time)

Once you receive your “shipped” email, your order is on its way and should arrive within the timeframe above.

International delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–10 working days
  • US & International: 10–20 working days (depending on your location)

If your order is taking longer than expected, feel free to reach out at orders@colourpopcrafts.com, and I’ll be happy to help track it down.

I didn’t get an order confirmation email.

If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. It sometimes sneaks in there! If you still can't find it, feel free to email orders@colourpopcrafts.com, and I’ll gladly help track it down for you.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

Yes, of course! You can request a return, exchange, or cancellation within 14 days of receiving your order. Just reach out, and I’ll take care of it.

My package arrived damaged.

If your item was damaged during transit, please contact me as soon as possible (ideally within 14 days of receiving your order), and I’ll arrange a free replacement.

If it’s been longer than 14 days, replacement parts may still be available. Just get in touch via email, and I’ll be happy to help.

I’m missing something in my order.

I’m so sorry about that! Sometimes, mistakes happen during packing. Please get in touch with us, and I’ll ship out your missing items as quickly as possible.

Will there be fees/taxes on my package?

Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are set by your country’s regulations and are the customer’s responsibility.

Most international orders pass through without additional charges, but this can vary depending on the value of your order and local customs rules.

If customs fees are not paid and the order is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the items, excluding the original shipping cost.

Please note that customs processing may also affect delivery times.
