Because the studio is small, visits are by booking only, so everyone has space to browse comfortably, see the yarn properly, and enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.

And if you’d like, you can sit down, knit for a while, and enjoy a quiet, cosy moment in the studio.

What you’ll find:

Delivery and Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.

For handmade items, please allow 1–5 working days for processing, as each piece is carefully made just for you.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Once your return is approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

We’re happy to offer an exchange or a refund for returned items. If you have already exchanged an item once, we will offer a refund for any further returns.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Studio pickup available

Studio pickup is available during the following hours:

Monday: 10:00–17:00
Wednesday: 10:00–19:00
Friday: 10:00–14:00

Please wait for your “Ready for pickup” email before coming.
